Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due within 10 days of making your reservation. Balance is due the first day of your hunt.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Mouse River Outfitters reserves the right to cancel any scheduled hunt in certain circumstances, such as change of weather, hunting moratoriums imposed by a governmental entity or any other cause outside the control of the outfitters rendered such a hunt impossible or impractical.  In such event, the trip will be rebooked for the following hunting season.  No refund shall be provided in the event a hunting trip is cut short due to inclement weather resulting in the absence of birds or unpleasant hunting conditions.
