I live in North East Minnesota with my wife Karen and two daughters Kaitlyn and Chelsea. My wife and I own and operate Basswood Trails Guide Service and Outfitting Company. From May through August I chase Walleye, Northern Pike and Small mouth Bass in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, black bear in September, North Dakota waterfowl in October, and whitetail deer in November and December. My Dad took me waterfowl hunting at an early age and I have never stopped the quest for those thunderous wings. I have 34 years water fowling experience that started in the great state of Minnesota and extends all the way to the lone star state of Texas. The rush I get when everything comes together seconds before I holler "KILL EM" is priceless. "Kids that hunt and fish don't mug old ladies."
